Welcome to Hindtech Learning Point. Please review our Privacy & Policy carefully, as it governs all trainees, staff, and employees involved in any academic or training program conducted by our institute.

Placement Guarantee Agreement
  1. Full Course Fee Payment: The candidate must have paid the entire course fee (either one-time or in installments) as per the agreed terms.
  2. Minimum Attendance Requirement: 90% attendance in all classes and labs is mandatory. Frequent absences may void the placement guarantee.
  3. Completion of All Assignments & Projects: All assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects must be submitted before deadlines.
  4. Active Participation in Training: Active involvement in coding practice, mock interviews, group discussions, and other training activities.
  5. Clear All Internal Tests / Modules: Top 10 performers in each technology will be given a 100% placement guarantee.
  6. Soft Skills & Communication Sessions: Attendance in resume writing, communication, and interview preparation sessions is mandatory.
  7. Final Project Completion & Submission: Must complete and submit a portfolio-worthy final project, reviewed by the internal panel.
  8. Resume Approval by Placement Team: Resume must be approved by the placement cell before job applications begin.
  9. Clearing Mock Interviews & Aptitude Tests: Must clear at least 2–3 mock interviews, including technical, HR, and aptitude rounds.
  10. Placement Eligibility Test (PET): Students who rank among the top 10 performers in each technology domain will be eligible to appear for the placement test.
  11. Active Interview Participation: Must attend all interviews arranged by the institute. Skipping or rejecting any opportunity will void the guarantee.
  12. Acceptance of First Reasonable Job Offer: You must accept the first offer that meets basic criteria. Refusing such offers without valid reason voids the placement guarantee.
  13. Background & Behavior Check: No involvement in disciplinary issues or unprofessional conduct during the course or placement process.
  14. Job Type & Salary Range: Placement may include roles like: Software Trainee, Internship-to-Hire.
  15. Time Limit for Placement: Guarantee is valid for 3 to 6 months after successful course completion.
  16. Location Flexibility: You must be willing to relocate if the hiring company requires it.
  17. Offline Interview Participation (Self Expense): If any company prefers to conduct the interview in offline (physical) mode, you must attend it at your own expense (travel, stay, etc.). Refusal to attend such interviews will void the placement guarantee.
  18. Placement Failure – Refund or Re-Interview: If you're not placed even after fulfilling all conditions:
    • You are eligible to request a 50% refund of course fees,
    • Appear for interviews in 5 additional companies, after taking extra training in the area where you were previously rejected. Updating your profile and clearing readiness checks again.
  19. No Refund Policy (Conditional): If any of the above conditions are not met by the student, the institute reserves the right to deny refund or placement assistance.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must submit a completed application form along with two passport-sized photographs and certificates/mark sheets of their latest qualification.

Fee Payment & Collection
  • Fees can be paid via cheque, demand draft, cash, card, NEFT, or UPI. Original payment receipts are mandatory for obtaining the "Course Completion Certificate."
  • Admission form fee is ₹1000 (included in the course fee).
  • An advance of 40% of the course fee is non-refundable and required at the time of admission.
  • Course fees are payable in two instalments (offered on select courses only).
  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Students are responsible for paying instalments on time as per the agreed schedule.
Placement/Internship Assistance

Placement and internship assistance is available for select courses and will be conducted per the institute's prevailing policies.

Passing Certificate

Students must pass assessments to earn certification. Certificates will be issued within 45 days after program completion and clearing all dues. Duplicate certificates are available upon request for a fee.

Attendance & Leave

A minimum of 90% attendance is required to qualify for assessments. Students should sign the attendance logbook daily. Leave applications must be submitted with at least three days' notice.

Rejoining

Uninformed absences exceeding 7 days may result in re-admission charges as per institute policy.

Termination of Services

Indiscipline or misconduct may lead to termination of services without notice or fee refunds.

Batch Timings & Transfers

Batch timings and sizes are allocated based on infrastructure availability. Requests for timing changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

Course Upgrade/Downgrade

While course upgrades are allowed, downgrades and corresponding fee refunds are not permitted.

Student Photos & Videos

Hindtech Learning Point reserves the right to use student photos and videos for promotional purposes.

Undertaking

Students should avoid bringing expensive items to the institute. Hindtech Learning Point is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Finance Facility

Finance options are available through partnered financial institutions. Loan approval is subject to their terms and conditions.

Mobile Phone Usage

Mobile phone usage during classes is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in disciplinary action as per institute policy.
